Member’s Drawn Tee Times

Richard Haygarth announced at the recent Hoggs’ AGM that there was a business need to alter the arrangements for the drawn tee times during British Summer Time (BST). Since then the Hoggs’ committee have completed positive and successful discussions with Hill Barn management and an agreement has been reached on the changes to be made to the drawn tee times. The details are as follows:

1.      Mondays and Wednesdays tees times are from 7.00 am to 8.37 am inclusive. In addition on these days, two further ‘flexible’ tee times between 9.30 am and 10.30 am will be scheduled and the specific times displayed on the sheet after the draw has been made.

2.      Friday tee times will be allocated 10 days prior to the Friday concerned. The specific times made available will vary according to what the PRO shop has free. The draw sheet will be posted on the board the Wednesday the week prior and will have the actual tee times that have been booked.  In order to facilitate the best options for members’ time preferences the booking sheet is sectioned into ‘EARLY’, ‘MIDDLE’ and ‘LATE’. Best endeavours will be made to meet the requested tee times periods. Note that there is no 9.30 am to 10.30 am times, so it is down to individual members to book via the PRO shop the times they require for this or any other period not covered by the booking sheets.

3.      Winter draw tee times will stay as they are at present.
