If you cannot play in the match(es) below it is important that you inform those in your group, it is not acceptable to just not turn up, you wouldn't like it, nor will they.
If you remove your name from the list you must also contact your opponents, one player will generaly pass the message on.
You can obtain members contact details on line, if you haven't done so go to the web site front page, click members' login and register, you will then have access to the contacts page.
It is not permissible either to move your name to another t-time, failure to comply with the above may result in a two match ban.
